Frequently asked questions

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 2–8 business days and shipped with Australia Post. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Delivery usually takes 2–8 business days depending on your location, and remote or rural areas can take a little longer.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Shipping is free on all orders within Australia.

Do you ship outside Australia?

Right now we only ship within Australia. If you're overseas, contact us and we'll talk through your options.

What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Email accounts@asmindustries.com.au to start a return. Returns sent without a request can't be accepted, and sale items and gift cards can't be returned. Read the full returns policy.

Do your prices include GST?

No. Prices shown on our website are GST exclusive, and GST is added at checkout. The setup builder above shows your total both excluding and including GST.
